Release Dates for the New Blackberry Bold (9000 series)

 

With anticipation high for the release of Research In Motion’s latest smartphone, details have surfaced, via Infosync, regarding possible release dates and pricing. AT&T subscribers will get first crack at the handset at a cost of $350 with each of the 3 other major carries to follow in September (Sorry for your Verizon and Sprint folk that just jumped on the Curve).

In a move to bolster and make use of the Bold’s enhance multimedia features, CNET, recently acquired by CBS Networks for 1.8 Billion dollars, has leaked some of the early detailsregarding the Bold’s ability to somehow sync with iTunes. An application called Blackberry Media Sync will make this possible. For us currrent Crackberry addicts, this was feat many of us have been doing for a while now using apps like iTunes Agent.

As if the Jeremiah Wright’s of the world haven’t made the campaign trail difficult enough for Barack Obama, some clown in Marietta, GA, a suburb of Atlanta, has joined the circus. A story recentlypublished in the Atlanta Journal Constitution tells the tale of Mike Norman, owner of Mulligan’s Bar & Grill, and and his latest business venture. Apparently, he thought Senator and Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama bared an eerie resemblance to a children’s book star dating back in the early 40’s. Yes, the furry Hominid we all know and love. The adorable chimpanzee, Curious George!!!
