Just when content delivery services (amazon unbox, youtube, netflix, iTunes, etc.) have reached the point where they’re offering somethin’ worth downloading, Ars Technica (Conde Nast’s latest acquisition) reports Time Warner is in the stages of rolling out metered and capped internet service plans. What does this means for the majority of us you non-Bit Torrent abusers? Maybe the end the days of freely loungin’ on the interwebz are over, well if Time Warner has their way it is. eFlux Media gives a hint at what some of the new, tiered internet service plans from Time Warner will resemble.
